​​     Sensei Damon Pace is a 4th degree black belt who in 2006 established MONTROSE MARTIAL ARTS. He has trained under Fumio Demura since 1990 and has trained thousands of students over the years.

     Starting with just 8 students at the Columbine Middle School Cafeteria, Montrose Martial Arts has grown and provided a high level traditional martial arts training for kids and adults.  We offer training in traditional Shito Ryu Karate , Self Defense, Womens Self Defense, Traditional Okinawan Weapons, Tournaments, Seminars and Rank “Kyu” Testing.
